BlackSquad Indonesia Focus Group Test

On June 4th, 2015, I had attended BlackSquad Online focus group test in Gemscool Arena, South Jakarta. This event was held a week before it's closed beta test on June 11th–17th, 2015.

BlackSquad Online is a first person shooter (FPS) game that developed by Neowiz Game and NS Studios, and published by Kreon in Indonesia. This game story was about confrontation between ViperCircle against PeaceMaker.

Graphic of this game was good and detailed I think. Especially for Indonesia FPS, graphic details on this game was above average. Maybe I can compare it with Shadow Company: The Mercenary War, but it was closed by its publisher a couple years ago.

On the test, guests and I were trying some features of BlackSquad Online, for example, Bomb Mission, Destroy Mode, and Death Match.

Bomb Mission was a very common mode in FPS game, and it was a mode that always be a mode that competed in every FPS game competitions. Which there are two battling team, a terrorists team who want to bomb an area, and another is a counter team who have to stop them.

However, when in Destroy Mode, there are some unique features, for example, character class and special skill from each one. In this mode, the main mission of players was to destroy enemies buildings. Not only killing.

BlackSquad Online was a classic one. When I play Death Match Mode, it feels like another classic FPS games. I mean, there's no unique skill or something new in this mode.

Players could be using character skill when its gauge had full, and for make it full, players need to attack enemies buildings or killing them.

In this event, guests and I were competing in media competition. I think my team was lucky enough because many mass media had gone before the show end. Luckily, my team win its competition and get the prize.

BlackSquad open beta test will be held on June 19th, 2015.
